getting in shape
Well i have been chosen to be a part of our elite SRT team, one problem i'm way out of shape. i have about three weeks before i do the run its a mile, half way through you do crunchs and push ups. checking in
Well it's been awhile since i have checked in i was on a well need vacation for about two weeks had a great time . some friends and took a kayak trip down paint creek with a couple canoes had a awsome time first time i actually been a canoe rolled it twice . it was nice but wet should have had some waterproof bags . i took alot of cool picks but they were ruined when we rolled, slept on a sand bar in my wet poncho liner we ate like real kings spam pork and beans and of course we washed it down… Continue

I have to get this off my chest
I'm not sure how blogs are supposed to go, but man i cant believe i'm the only C/O that deals with this. First of all i dont consider myself perfect " as my grammer shows" i probably work at one of most notorous prisons in Ohio. We have level 4, 4B and a few level 5 inmates. my position is the hole, i have been there for a year and a half, so I'm hard core all of the time 100% alert.
