STG's

I have been tasked with researching and developing a new program for our agency. This program will deal with STG's members who want to separate themselves from the gang life. This program will be 4-5 stages and they must sign a contract. They will receive classes to help them with the re-adjustment. Is there any agency that is doing something similar to this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
